Our business emerged from a desire to provide comprehensive solutions for HVAC projects. All too often, we experience jobs where a solution has been sold by another contractor or firm that does not fix the root cause of the customer’s problem. If these jobs were professionally examined, engineered, and managed almost all would be successful. The Matrix Team has the capability, experience, and professionalism to provide the total solution your project needs.

PROVIDING A TOTAL BUILDING SOLUTION WITH HVAC
As we have performed services throughout the Southeastern US, it has become increasingly clear that many of our customers were relying on only HVAC equipment as a solution to the problems experienced at their facilities. Building envelope integrity, insulation, equipment controls, etc. were overlooked or not even considered by previous contractors and facility managers. By providing comprehensive data driven solutions, we were able to show our customers the numbers behind “why” they are experiencing issues in their buildings and tailor comprehensive solutions that actually solve the underlying problems.
The Matrix approach is to provide data driven and engineered solutions, where the building needs are studied and analyzed before a solution is provided.

President/Principal Mechanical EngineerAs founder of Matrix HVAC, LLC, Leif is responsible for the continued development of personnel, growth of the company, and for maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and professionalism. Leif is committed to creating a positive work environment for his employees while maintaining a high standard of quality for his customers. Leif founded Matrix in 2015 after 20+ years of designing and managing successful projects throughout Southern Louisiana. Leif is a graduate of the Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
